IdF Advanced Adapters | Radiant Logic Edition have been tightly integrated with RadiantONE Virtual Directory and Virtual Identity Manager. The Radiant Logic Edition series of adapters provides Radiant Logic customers with an “out of the box” solution for ACF2, Top Secret, RACF and i5.

The IdF Radiant Logic Edition provides a simple and robust design allowing RadiantONE Virtual Directory and Virtual Identity Manager to communicate natively using LDAP v.3, with the IdF LDAP Gateway. The IdF LDAP Gateway transforms these events as native calls to the mainframe seamlessly, thus acting as the native administrator to the mainframe security manager or i5/OS. Likewise, an administration change made on the mainframe or I5/OS is sent down to the IdF LDAP Gateway, which processes and forwards the RadiantONE Virtual Directory and/or Virtual Identity Manager updating passwords or desired attributes. The transaction is completed in real-time providing quick and efficient updates.

The agents built natively for z/OS provides the flexibility of collecting any or all user, group or resource attributes. This ability to search the user, group and resource (datasets) changes provides the needed information for credential verification, user management, centralized administration, self service management as well as satisfying compliance rules and provide reporting capabilities.
